Grab is an omni-channel self-order platform powering mobile, self-order kiosk and order/pay at table solutions across the F&B and retail space. Initially started as a marketplace for airport restaurants (the Grab app), Grab has expanded to become a full guest-facing platform powering self-ordering solutions for brands and operators of all sizes. The platform has demonstrated ATV lift across products up to 35% and significant value generation through labor reallocation and enhanced speed of service.
Product Line + Key Features:
- Mobile Ordering – Applications available for responsive web, app and SDKs (iOS and Android) for marketplace aggregation. Payment capabilities across card brands, card scanning, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others.
- Self-Order Kiosk – Variety of hardware partners and form factors (counter, floor-standing single- or dual-sided and wall-mounted) available. Point-to-point encrypted (P2PE) payment processing certified with all acquirers in North America and many in Europe/Rest of World. Self-checkout capabilities included utilizing barcode scanning.
- Order/Pay at Table – Open or closed check, automatic table recognition, and other features available to enhance speed of service.
